Chief Executive Officer

Reports to: Board of Directors


Job Summary: The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, vision, and operations of Kash Dreams Foundation. This role ensures the organization achieves its mission, maintains financial stability, and fosters community relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the foundation’s goals.
  • Lead and manage all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build partnerships with donors, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Represent the foundation at public events, media engagements, and meetings.

Chief human Resource Officer

Reports to: Assistant Chief Director


Job Summary:
The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and HR strategy. The CHRO will work closely with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the organization’s business goals, foster a positive company culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s mission and business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure a high-performance workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations and performance management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR matters, providing strategic recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.

Program Support Manager

Reports to: Chief Program Officer


Job Summary: The Program Support Manager coordinates and implements the foundation’s programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and effectively serve the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and evaluate foundation programs.
  • Work with staff and community partners to optimize program delivery.
  • Track program performance and provide reports to leadership.
  • Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant applications.

Photo/Social Media Specialist

Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer


Job Summary: The Photo/Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and managing visual and digital content to enhance Kash Dreams Foundation’s online presence and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of foundation events and programs.
  • Develop and schedule social media content across various platforms.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to align branding and messaging.

Outreach Support Leader

Reports to: Outreach Support Manager


Job Summary: The Outreach Support Leader builds relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to expand Kash Dreams Foundation’s reach and impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop outreach initiatives to connect with target audiences.
  • Organize and participate in community events and networking opportunities.
  • Work with program staff to identify outreach needs and opportunities.
  • Maintain records of outreach activities and partnerships.

Community Events Leader

Reports to: Development and Fundraising Manager


Job Summary: The Community Events Leader plans and executes events that support Kash Dreams Foundation’s mission, ensuring they are impactful and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, and volunteers.
  • Promote events through marketing and community engagement.
  • Evaluate event success and recommend improvements.

Customer Support/Programs

Reports to: Program Support Manager


Job Summary: The Customer Support/Programs role ensures excellent service and support to community members, assisting with program inquiries, enrollment, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for program participants and inquiries.
  • Assist with program registration, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Gather feedback from participants to improve program offerings.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and program engagement.

Coach/Mentor

Reports to: Mentor and Coach Manager


Job Summary: The Coach/Mentor provides guidance and support to program participants, helping them develop skills, confidence, and a growth mindset to achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions.
  • Help participants set and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and building resilience.
  • Track mentee progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

Program Instructors

Reports to: Program Support Manager


Job Summary: Program Instructors deliver educational and training sessions aligned with Kash Dreams Foundation’s programs, ensuring participants gain valuable skills and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to program objectives.
  • Conduct workshops, classes, and hands-on training.
  • Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with staff to continuously improve program content.

Customer Support/Events

Reports to: Community Events Leader


Job Summary: The Customer Support/Events role ensures smooth event operations and provides assistance to attendees, vendors, and partners during foundation events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event registrations and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Support event logistics, including setup and breakdown.
  • Ensure a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees.
  • Gather event feedback and report on attendee satisfaction.

Community Events Staff

Reports to: Community Events Leader


Job Summary: Community Events Staff assist in the execution of foundation events, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively while engaging with the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event coordination, logistics, and on-site setup.
  • Engage with attendees and provide information about foundation programs.
  • Assist in distributing materials, managing vendors, and handling event-related tasks.
  • Provide post-event support, including cleanup and debriefing sessions.
